How do I track my order?

You can track your order in real-time through the Tendix app. Go to "My Orders" from the main menu, select your active order, and you'll see the live tracking map showing your delivery driver's location. You'll also receive push notifications at each stage of the delivery process.

What payment methods do you accept?

Tendix accepts various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), mobile payments, and cash on delivery. You can save multiple payment methods in your account for faster checkout.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it's picked up for delivery. Go to "My Orders," select the order you want to cancel, and tap "Cancel Order." If the order has already been dispatched, please contact our support team for assistance. Refunds for cancelled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

What are your delivery hours?

Delivery hours vary depending on the store and your location. Most deliveries are available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week. You can check specific delivery times for each store when placing your order in the app.

How do I report a problem with my order?

If you experience any issues with your order, go to "My Orders" and select the problematic order. Tap "Report Issue" and describe the problem. Our support team will review your case and respond within 24 hours. You can also contact us directly through the contact form below or via email.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Minimum order amounts vary by store. Some stores may have no minimum, while others may require a minimum purchase. The minimum order amount, if any, will be displayed on the store's page before you start adding items to your cart.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm your decision. Please note that account deletion is permanent and you'll lose access to your order history, saved addresses, and any rewards points. If you have any pending orders, they must be completed or cancelled before deletion.
